Pickup and Shipping

  1. We offer free domestic and international shipping for purchases above Php25,000.
  2. International custom duties and taxes will be care of the Client.
  3. We only ship with the most secure and renowned carriers. Your jewelry will be fully insured until it is delivered to you. Signature is required upon receipt so please make sure someone is available to sign for your package. We only ship to confirmed addresses. We will communicate with you regarding the status of your order every step of the way.
  4. Orders may also be viewed and picked up from our store located at Level 3, SM Aura Premier, McKinley Parkway, BGC.

 

Exchange, Repair and Return Policy

  1. We will gladly repair for free any merchandise purchased within a 7-day warranty period, after a thorough process of inspection. 
  2. Once the 7-day warranty period has lapsed, we will gladly repair items for a small fee, subject to your approval prior to proceeding with the repair.
  3. Returns are allowed within 7 days and in the form of store credit within a 7-day period. You may exchange the item with another piece of greater or same value.
  4. All our pieces are non-refundable.
  5. We do not repair or replace lost or damaged gemstones and diamonds.
  6. We offer complimentary cleaning for all pieces purchased from us.
